How long does a makeup application take?

All appointments run for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.

where are you located?

My home studio is located in Strathmore (3041) just out of Essendon, approximately 15-20 minutes out of Melbournes CBD.

Do you travel?

Yes, however I only travel for groups of 5+. This is also dependant on my pre-existing bookings in the studio on this date. There is also an additional travel fee involved for any mobile services. For any groups who require travel please book in advance to ensure I have the availability to come to you.

Do i need to pay a deposit?

All appointments require a $25 non-refundable deposit to be secured. The remaining amount owed is paid at your appointment in cash.

WHat happens If I am running late to my appointment?

Please respect that I run on a very tight schedule, I allocate 45 minutes to each client therefore by you running late you are making someone else late. If you are more than 15 minutes late then your appointment will automatically cancelled or shortened. If cancelled you will have to pay out the remainder of your application fee as a result. Please notify me via Instagram if you are running late.

I want to cancel my appointment?

Cancellations are something that I understand are unavoidable in some cases. Please notify me as soon as you know you will not be making your appointment. If the cancellation is made the day before your appointment or the day of then you will be required to pay out the remainder of your application fee. However if the cancellation is made more than 1 day prior to your appointment then no additional payment is required (due to your deposit acting as a cancellation fee).

I want to change the time/date of my appointment?

I allow each appointment 1 change of time/date. If you then wish to change again you will be required to pay a new deposit for any new appointments.

do i need to bring anything to my appointment?

No, I supply everything. You may however bring your own lashes although there is a $10 application fee for any lashes that are not my own.

What lashes do you stock?

I stock both 3D Lorum Lashes and Modelrock Lashes both in a variety of styles.
